My Bike

The bike I’ll be riding on this Trans Am Express Westward ride is a Surly Disc Trucker.

I bought my bike from Wheel & Heel in Wappingers Falls, NY.

Some of the upgrades I made to my bike include: 700mm x 35mm Schwalbe GT Tour tires, a Tubus rear rack, an Ortlieb Classic Handlebar pack, a Bike Nashbar Trunk bag, frame pump, two water bottles (plus a Camelbak which I will wear on my back), Bontrager fenders, Race Face flat pedals, and a Brooks B17 seat.
