Unexpected change in plans today. A trip to Big Bend National Park was on the agenda, but high winds derailed the activity. Winds between 20 - 30 mph with gusts of 55 mph made travel, even by car, impossible. As a result, the group is staying in the Marathon Community Center waiting for the winds to subside. At least we are not riding our bikes today.
