Another high mileage day with headwinds. Riding with a group of 7, we traded off leading in the windy conditions. The riding group is certainly getting stronger with each day. Today’s route took us to Del Rio, where we had terrific barbecue at Rudy’s. Many folks stopped at the Walmart Superdtore, which was close by. Random occurrence at the final SAG stop. The Senior VP, Merland Albert, at Julio Chips & Salsa gave us 3 bags of chips and salsa, which we quickly consumed. Nice campground at Fort Clark in Bracketville is tonight’s overnight stop.
